Based on the results of faulty testing that gives patients the mark of the HI beast, California will allow an organ donor who is HI virus positive to give that organ to another person who is tested with faulty testing that gives patients the mark of the HI beast.

Well, we are getting SOMEWHERE in this mess at least.

Of course this brings up a few questions:

  1. Does the person that is HI plus (Human Immunodeficiency plus) who gives the other person who is HI plus the exact same strain of the virus? Hmmmm. Seems not as the “viruses mutate at a rapid pace”. Thus should we be doing such risky behaviors in the hospital?
  2. What if the organs donated tend to be rejected like people are rejected? In the alphabet world most people won’t share intimate fluids with another in fear of transferring their HI plus status. Wouldn’t organs feel the same way?
  3. Since many “positives” are false positives, why would any state allow such risky behavior, they could be infecting someone who never actually was positive!
