What is Queer? Language is Queer.

Wikipedia states: Queer is an umbrella term for sexual and gender minorities that are not heterosexual or not cisgender. Originally meaning “strange” or “peculiar”, queer came to be deployed pejoratively against those with same-sex desires or relationships in the late-19th century. Beginning in the late-1980s, queer scholars and activists began to reclaim the word to establish community and assert a politicized identity distinct from the gay political identity. Queer identitites may be adopted by those who reject traditional gender identities and seek a broader, less conformist, and deliberately ambiguous alternative to the label LGBT.

The term Queer has been added to the descriptor/acronym BLT with a side of G by the Human Rights Campaign which is the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer civil rights organization which states it like this, LGBTQ.

I reclaimed the word Fag so if these people are concerned about my civil rights and equality they will add this F-word to their queery, as BGTQLF, lest they be treating me like a fag.

Cisgenders are those who “act like their birth given gender” is what we see it defined as.

What the Fag is that? Does that mean I should act like a dick? Ok, then no one should complain about my writing because I’m acting like a dick, which is my birth given gender.

Cisgenders are basically straightsexuals.

The term is mostly used like this, “The Cis did not want to go into the Fag bar lest his friends see him and think that he was maybe GBTorQ.
