I agree. I do not believe abortion is good, necessary, healthy, but rather selfish.

I believe more people are killed by “reproductive rights” than guns that is as long as you consider living things that look like people, are persons.

LIVING THINGS THAT LOOK LIKE PEOPLE ARE PERSONS

Kelsey Grammer was a fantastic regular on the 80’s/90’s sitcom “Cheers” and on the spinnoff called “Frasier” both of which are currently available on Netflix.

Getting back to abortion though……..let’s look at what the website he promotes has to say, in particular I find this point interesting,

  • “The right to not be killed supersedes the right to not be pregnant. Some people believe that prohibiting abortion makes embryos and fetuses more valuable than grown women. This is untrue. Abortion is unjust because the right to not be killed is more fundamental than the right to not be pregnant.”

This is a vital way of looking at this issue, the right to not be killed superseding the right to not be pregnant. Also though we have to look at the right to play God. Government in the United States does not supersede the individual’s right to play God in an individual’s body does it?

If I shove a human being into a vagina that would be one thing, the government would have to by constututional authority in the USA play God and get that person the hell out of there if they did not want to be there, if it was forced beyond their control, etc. but the only thing shoved in there is semen.

Thus what happens next is the starting process of creation of a human being. Government has no ability to create human beings thus the authority goes to the woman to play God. Government cannot play God over the woman, she is more like God, being created in the image of God as the Bible says.

Thus all authority should be from the Godwoman who is hosting the non-born individual. To do anything less than give the woman more authority than government would be claiming that government is more like God than the woman is.

The other thing that has to be considered though it the man who placed the semen there or the man who created the semen which was put there. That man also acts like God in creation of human beings. Thus men also have authority and has to be considered.

This is where government has to clearly step in and mediate and act like a school teacher stopping a fight when women claim they have more authority than the man because they are actually creating the life then at this point. That can be a touchy subject. The woman wants to abort and the man doesn’t, wants the new human and makes it clear that when it comes out of the womb that no other human would hack off any of that babies body parts.
