NO/STD What kind of testing is it when there is no standard? There is no agreed upon standard in "finding the virus", in fact, there really is NO/WAY of actually find it ever. The CDC, the Red Cross, FDA, and MACS do not agree on exactly how to find a positive or negative. It's different trying to "find the virus" in Africa, Austrailia, Canada, & America. If you are "positive for HIV antibodies" in the USA you could travel to Canada and test negative an hour later. Why is there no standard? I thought testing was "accurate". Have I heard wrong? Protocols to "find HIV antibodies" are different throughout the world!
Stripping tests of their credentials Take a moment and ask yourself, were you EVER informed by anyone of the fact that countries disagree on what constitutes a positive and negative? Probably not. This information has been available in medical textbooks and journals for years. Most people just rely on what they are told by their doctors, and STD clinics**, after all, they are supposed to know or at least be able to "figure it out". When I discovered the depth of the matter I was a bit shocked. I had no idea there were so many different tests. I knew testing only found antibodies, and with more in depth study and discussion with those who know the intricacies of testing, even more startling facts were revealed. There are way to many discrepancies for these tests to be given the status they have had of being "accurate". That's why they ask all sorts of questions about your behavior - risk groups they call them. A test should not need to ask questions, it should examine the blood itself and make that determination without any prejudice without questions on behavior. It should be right there in the blood. Unfortunately it's not and the public is not being told the whole story by AIDS groups and HIV advocates. You have to dig for this data. That's why I have presented it here to make it a bit easier for anyone who says "I'm Gay" and for those who care about those who say "I'm Gay and I've tested Positive" and those who say "I'm Gay and I've tested Negative". The reality is for everyone is that testing is not clear or precise by any stretch and the laws surrounding this whole HIV/AIDS matter need to be revisited, re-evaluated, and corrected to reflect the reality that testing is only an indicator of what comes natural to every immune system, antibodies, and testing does not have the ability to indicate specifics. To see just how incredible the discrepancies are on just one of these test protocols, The Western Blot (I call it an ink blot) please click here or on the image above.
